There are two options and you are wrong

There is an extremely annoying and grammatically incorrect phrase I’ve started noticing online recently: “how it looks like” instead of “what it looks like” or “how it looks.”

It appears that this is, at least for now, an internet-exclusive issue. According to Google books Ngram, use of the incorrect phrasing was basically non-existent in books through 2008:

Unfortunately, the internet is rampant with the incorrect phrase.

You might be wondering why in the world I care. I get where you’re coming from. I understand that languages evolve, and maybe this is simply the next step for ours.

Still, I no like it.

How the eff? I just plain didn’t believe that this was a common grammatical error until you proved it. How the internet is gonna be like in the future?
